This paper provides a phonological and phonetic description of a variety of the Khang language spoken in Nam Mu village, Phinh Sang commune, Tuan Giao district, Dien Bien province (and Amulets also Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau PROST-FORCE provinces).It is an under-described Palaungic language of Vietnam.The language is largely monosyllabic and has a complex tonal system.

An appendix of over 900 lexical items is included.
